Redemption FAQs

After the purchase of your Voucher, you will receive your Redemption Code, via email, which is also your Voucher number. Visit our "Redeem Voucher" page and enter your Voucher Number and your email address in the space provided to begin the redemption process. You will choose which options and dates you would like to use with your Voucher and provide some basic contact information so we know how to get in touch with you to confirm your redemption. Once you have completed our Online Registration, your information will be reviewed by one of our Redemption Specialists. You will then be contacted to confirm your redemption and complete the process. You will also recieve an email for your future reference with all of the details of your redemption.
You will receive a follow up email in approximately 3 business days with the contact information for the travel agent assigned to your voucher.

Hotel Deal FAQs

Your room will be a standard hotel room based upon the hotel you select. Upgrades may be available at the time of booking for an additional cost. This offer only valid for up to 2 (two) adults and up to 2 children. Both party members may travel using only a single (1 / one) Voucher, providing both occupancy and age limits are not violated.
If the hotel has a separate charge for parking it will not be covered by your voucher.
We do not allow for consecutive booking with this deal.
Purchase multiple Vouchers for self and for gifts! Buyers may purchase multiple Vouchers to gift and they may use them simultaneously at the same hotel, but ONLY if the Vouchers are registered under different names. When using multiple Vouchers simultaneously, registered Voucher holders may not reside at the same address. Multiple 3-Day / 2-Night Vouchers may not be used consecutively, for back-to-back / extended stay vacations.

Generally, our accommodations do not allow pets. If you require the use of a guide animal, please speak with our travel department for assistance when confirming your travel dates.
Major holidays are blacked out: Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas week through new years. Each offer may have specific restrictions and blackout dates. Make sure to review the terms and conditions for your particular deal to learn more. Typically our Online Redemption Wizard will indicate specific blackout dates and prevent you from choosing them when making your selections.
